What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (SEPA), credit card, and PayPal. Enterprise clients can be invoiced quarterly or annually according to your procurement processes.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be upgraded at any time with pro-rated credit; downgrades take effect at renewal.
Do you offer discounts for academia or non-profits?
We offer reduced rates for accredited universities, research institutes, and registered non-profit organizations. Contact us with proof of status for a discounted quote.
Is there a trial available?
Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with sample datasets. No payment details are required to start the trial.
Are there usage limits on the API?
Professional plans include 50,000 API calls per month; additional volume is billed at €0.002 per call. Enterprise plans include negotiated custom limits.
